CHEERLEADING
Our league will teach your child the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship while learning the basics of cheerleading with an emphasis on Dragon Pride.
ABOUT THE SEASON
FEES
Registration is $55
(Registration closes July 10, 2023)

There is no requirement for a sports physical in order to participate!
​
Fees provide required insurance as well as the maintenance and purchase of uniform and accessories.
EQUIPMENT
League issued equipment includes: uniform, bow, bloomers and pom poms.
Parents are responsible for providing: white tennis shoes.
SQUADS
We anticipate having combined squads:
1st/2nd
3rd/4th
5th/6th
Number of squads depends on the number of football teams
PRACTICES
Practices usually start Mid-August and are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the PHS practice fields. Practices are usually 90 minutes long at Pittsburg High School.
SEASON
Games will be played on Saturdays usually. Our game season will begin the week following the Jamboree. In a typical season we will play 5-6 games (3 home and 3 away) with a bye week. Home games are played at Hutch Field Hill. Away games are played at other local schools.  Our game season wraps up before Halloween.
